When I'm not sitting behind a sewing machine, laptop, or
table covered with craft supplies, I'm running after 2 young boys or
tackling laundry mountain.
I got my first sewing machine (a My Little Pony chain stitching machine) for my 9th Birthday, and loved making clothes for my dolls. I took my first quilt class when I was 12.
Although I have taken breaks from crafting and sewing in the past, I have always found my way back. I craft because I love to create. I scrapbook because I want to create memories that last. I sew because whenever I see my boys wearing things I've made for them, I feel like I've dressed them up in love (which sounds corny, but true).
